not that bad

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived at Fountainhead for a year and I enjoyed it for the most part. The rent is kind of high and you also have to pay for trash and water. My apartment was very clean and had brand new carpet when I moved in. I liked how they have washers and dryers in every unit. I never had any problems with noise (maybe because I lived upstairs) and our car was never broken into or vandalized (although I knew of several people that it happened to). The office staff was alright for the most part, although some were a little snobby. The gates were always broken which defeats the purpose of a gated community. What I didn't like was how my rent was going to go up 70 dollars after my lease ended. That was my main reason for moving. My apartment was kind of small for the price I paid. I never really had a problem with parking. I agree with others who said maintenence was slow. I thought they had a 48 hour policy and if they didn't fix the problem you were supposed to get credit on your rent. When I asked about that I never got a response. I waited more than 48 hours for maintenance several times. Overall, I enjoyed living here and I would recommend it.
