To whom it may concern,
I signed a one year lease with fountainhead apartments. My roommate moved out a month before me and she turned in her apartment key. I came back after having been gone a week and the apartment had been cleaned out and they had another resident moving in to my apartment. I still had a month and a half left on my lease. Unfortunately for me, they had already gotten the money for the last month and a half and knew of my intentions to not renew my lease. I guess when you pay your last mo's rent and they know you are moving out they think they have the right to come and steal your things. When the office was questioned about my possesions, the management blew us off. They stated that they had thrown all the items away. Yeah right. i'm sure someone is taking full advantage of my things and on my pocket book. It is like they do not care about their tenants. Management does not listen to or care about their residents. If you are someone that likes to be heard of feel like your business is appreciated shop else where. Go up the street to Signature Ridge. I saw that they had pretty good reviews.
