Please keep in mind I just found this site, and I lived in Fountainhead from 1998-2000. During my time there, I didn't have any major problems. The gates almost never worked, so please don't live here if you're basing it on living in a gated community. My air conditioning went out twice in 2 weeks in the middle of summer. A maintenece person came that night - he was very condescending the first time and tried to make it seem like the aircon problem was my fault. Then, it went out again, and he had a little better attitude the 2nd time. The main reason I moved out was that they were raising my rent by $75 at the end of my lease for no apparent reason. Seems this is a habit for them - not sure why they would do that to good tenants who pay their rent on time. Anyway, it wasn't a terrible place to live, but I'd look around at other options first.
