I transferred to these apartments from another Equity complex. Apparently Equity doesn't own too many nice complexes. These were the best of the bunch I had to choose from. I had a terrible experience at the Regatta. Anyway, I had a nice apartment here with great parking and a great price. I even had a fireplace. I only lived here for 3 months so I don't know much about the place. I didn't like the location because of the traffic in the medical center. But, these apartments seemed like a great place for a college student. Its a big place with lots of different apartment choices. The only problem I had here was a neighbor with loud music.
