The complex was not so bad, but huge! With 5 pools my water bill was higher than any other apartment i've been in. Thought it was a plus to have washer/dryer included, but a small stackable unit that didn't work very well and a half size dishwasher made my bills higher than expected due to old, inefficent appliances.

It was a quick decision to live here after relocating to San Antonio. Quick access to freeway for a faster commute to work and shopping areas. No complaints with office staff and maintenance was quick to respond to emergent needs.

Happy that i've now found a new place for a little more in rent but much less in utilities!
