We lived here for 5 months and we knew we weren't going to live here more than 6 months so we told the staff this when we moved in. They suggested doing a year lease since we could save about $40 a month and with adding in a $150 insurance, we could cancel the lease at anytime. Well we did this and when my boyfriend notified them with plenty of time that we were in fact going to be moving out, they said we did not pay that $150 deposit. So they added that $150 into our last months rent. Whatever, so when we moved out, they got our file out and two staff members were like "Everything looks great! you should get your deposit in 6 weeks!" Not only did we not get that, but they said we owed them the difference between a year and 6 month lease-Total rip off. A few of the girls were nice in the office but there is one shady ass m.f. called Paul- WATCH OUT! The matinence staff were nice, and pretty quick to respond, it seemed pretty safe while we were living there but by reading some of these other reviews I'm frankly a little scared!
