It is amazing to me that people actually use this website to rate a community. The reviews written are usually by people who have had a personal issue at the property, but not due to the quality of living at the community or the great staff. It's sad to think that in this day and age that we have turned to sites like this to make judgement as to whether or not we like a community bases on these reviews. Do you really think that people who are happy living at these communities would waste thier time on sites like these'

The apartment Managers I've spoken with say that the main problems they have with these types of sites is that they are anonymous. This means that disgruntled employees, fired employees, evicted residents, residents who've been sued for unpaid rent, residents who've been charged for apartment damage or major gate damage, and people who've had their applications rejected* often use these sites because they've had conflict with the Manager and/or the management company of the property. People with issues like these consider anonymous apartment rating sites as an excellent opportunity to make the property look bad and lose future tenant income. Of course there are legitimate complaints, but people with other agendas also have access to these sites.

I lived here for a year and I will say that the complaints I have read are legitimate. For the amount of money you are paying, maintenance should not take a crap in your bathroom while you are out to dinner and when you are calling on a Saturday to let them know that your only toilet is not working, you should not be told that it is a weekend and they do not think they can get anyone out there till Monday. Isn't that what emergency maintenence is for? These are only a couple of the problems I had. And yes, I came home one day to a maintanence man working in my apt and left to eat dinner, when I came back less than an hour later it was obvious by the smell that he did his business in my apt.

Whatever!!!! This is not done by disgruntled employees or tenents with personal issues. These are FAIR LEGITIMATE issuse and concerns! We are only trying to help others avoid this level of service that you at Knuclehead provide. And yes people do use these sites. Imagine im trying to find your phone number so i use google search engine... this complaint/ warning will show up for ALL to see! WELCOME TO THE AGE OF COMPUTERS! isn't it lovely? ps word of mouth is far worse so get ready!
