My friends and I have lived in gountainhead for 3 years... Both of us were charged astronomical charges upon moving out for "DAMAGE" to the apartment! Fountainhead assured us in both instances that we would receive our deposits back and instead sent us bills for over $400.00. No one in the office can help you. MOST INCOMPETANT APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER

If you damage property, why wouldn't you have to pay for it? I don't understand why you would feel that anyone in the office has to help you after you move out. I know in my experience with apartment communities, they usually have a collection department who helps you after you move out. It's sad that disgruntled people, who obviously don't know thier own properties name feel a need to post to a site like this. Just pay what you OWE!

When I went to look at there apartments I was pretty pleased with them. I spoke to residents and everything, I did not see any potential problems at all with them. And Yes when you damage an apartment YES you should be charged and you should be taken to court if you dont pay. And in Texas an apartment community does not HAVE to give you back your security deposit if they choose not to. So Take your problems and shove them up your butt. I hope these issues follow you whereever you move to.
