If you have $$ and are thinking of moving into Knucklehead Apts....DONT DO IT!!! This is the WORST place I have ever lived. More bad than good happens here. Had truck broken into, my G/F was sexual assaulted in the parking lot, water is constantly being shut off for so called "repaires", the mgmt staff sux especially ----! They are only glad to assist on the 1st when rent is due!, G/F's car was keyed only 2 days after we purchased it, roofs leak, residents NEVER clean up their dogs mess(watch out while walking in the grass), walls are paper thin(i know what show my downstairs neighbor love to watch), seen car on bricks numorous times, dead body found in pool, good luck finding a parking spot if home past 9pm, be ready to be a celebrity... news is always here... "guy stabbed" etc. All around------ place to live. I am counting down the days til my lease is up!!!

It amazes me how you can write so many bad things about the community and to use an accidental drowning in your favor. Yet you continued to renew your lease for three years? Anyone reading this should comprehend that only a knucklehead would stay somewhere this long if things were REALLY as bad as you state, which i can guarantee are not.

oh really. That is complete bs. This was prob a member of mgmt responing to my review. Don't lie to the masses. You prob don't even live on site. I think they should make EVERY member of the staff live on site for a year and I bet you'll change ur tune. And all those things didn't happen on the first day, knuklehead, this was a gradual deteriation. Cuz u can bet I would have been out along time ago. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. I hope u have read the tons of orher reviews about this place. Obviously its not just me.

Maybe that is why so many of the good staff has left! They are fed up with it just like the residents.
