October will be 2 years here. My wife and I were really thinking of renewing but not anymore. The first year and a half were good. Then hell was unleashed. The A/C went out 4 times. Black particals were coming out of the vents into my daughters room. They never offered to give us a window unit till they fixed the problem. We called the after hours line and I was on hold the 1st time for 45 mins. Then they hung up on me, called back and was on hold for 1 hr and 15 mins. They finally sent someone at mid-night. When they got here the man was nice to understand that I had a 2yr old daughter that he offered to bring us a window unit. That was after he stated the office doesn't like for them to do that. Today I awoke to a flooded carpet in the dinning area and daughters room. Called the after hours line and was promised a call back but never received one. Called again, the office answered. Told her why I was calling and she stated "What's your number again sir' And the problem again sir'" It's 730pm right now the guy just felt and said he couldn't do anything today he would have to talk with his sup. They tried to breaking and take rims and tires 3 times. The sliding door wasbroken into. All they did was put a piece of plywood and left it covered like that for a week. What a week that was. One of San Antonio's hottest and humidest. I'll be glad when I'm gone. I have to tell my wife I'm sorry everyday cause it was my choice to move in here. The landscape is always kept up because the corporate office is located onsite. They spend more time doing that then fixing the residents problems. I understand some residents over dramatize there problems. But the big problems never get fixed.
