I chose Fountainhead because it's in the Med. Center (pretty good neighborhoods) and because it was one of the few complexes that allow large dogs. Overall I've had an ok experience, it's not as bad as some of the other apartments I've stayed in...
Bad Points
-tiles in shower keep breaking off
-gates broken a lot of the time (especially the exit gate which is now chained shut)
-water damage in apt. has not been taken care of after informing the office
-parking seems like a problem for some ppl, but I live at the end of the complex so it's not a problem for me
-kind of small for the price
Good Points
-very quiet
-no nosy neighbors
-an open area where you can let your dog run nearby
-so far maintinence has done a pretty good job
-pressure washed dirty sidewalk in front of my apt.
-keep grounds clean
-clean pools once a week
-2 pools really close by, one with a jacuzzi (the pools only go to 6ft though and the jacuzzi is kind of cheap but still fun)

Whoever posted this must either be HIGH or employed as a leasing consultant at Fountainhead. These apartments are HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
