I always liked this place..until

I actually moved here!!!!! I can guarantee you that we will NOT be signing another lease here, when our year is up (SOON) we are out of here!!! They make you pay $30 dollars for a "GATE CARD" and $50 FOR A GATE REMOTE....WHICH MOSTLY you HAVE To buy the REMOTE unless you LIVE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COMPLEX...because thats the only place THE CARD WORKS....BUT..you could always just not BUY ONE...cause OUR GATE infront of our apartment has been broken for going on 7 weekds already....and we have seen MORE AND MORE TRAFFIC coming through..I mean why not' Its open right' I think its ridicloud to pay that much for a DEVICE For your lease...but its even more ridiculous that pay that and find out that you can get in anyway..cause 100% of the time, AT LEAST ONE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN...and they stay broken!

Also, PARKING IS HORRIBLE...absolutely the WORST I have ever seen.. if you come home after 8pm...you can forget finding parking...they do absolutely nothing about NON-WORKING VEHICLES that take up parking areas for WEEKS there was one car that my neighbor and I had been talking about, parked in the SAME SPOT for 11weeks, which happened to be a spot right infront of the units..it NEVER MOVED for 11weeks. I was told it was reported and would be towed within a few days...nope 2 weeks later still was there...he just recently moved the car just to a different location, I've seen the guy that drives it, and he also drives 2 other vehicles, (this would be why this car never moves,probably dont move either because the tires always go flat, it has no hood, and its a piece of junk) but he has 2 other vehicles that he occupies parking with. It's horrible. We have found a new place to move to when our lease is up, thats absolutely beautiful, and its gated also, but guess what... YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DEVICE to use the gate.(San Miguel off I10/UTSA BLVD..and there about the same price, but ALOT NEWER,All the insides of the apartments are well kept up and redone when people move out..our cabinets in our apartment, look horrible,there faded, they looked wilted and water damaged....We signed our lease mistakenly without seeing the apartment first, because we got the run around for 2 weeks about when we could move in, and when it would be ready... we were set to move in on a Friday,but we could see the apartment on Thursday...and come Thursday they said "it was being painted" , so we couldnt see it, come friday, we had to wait til Saturday morning. So Saturday morning, we went to sign our lease, and get the keys, and we went to our apartment really quick (we had movers moving our stuff at the old apartment , so we hurried over to see it) we got inside, the whole apartment was papered everywhere and taped off floors, and appliances, and whereever they hadn't painted, the walls were FRESHLY WET WITH PAINT. Whats sad about that situation is, We were told that the apartment was vacant since 3 weeks before, so why did they wait til the VERY LAST MINUTE TO DO all this''''' So we WENT to the office, and they acted dumb about it, acted as if they had no idea it was done like that, blamed it all on maintenance, and then had the nerve to say "WELL CAN YOU GUYS WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO MOVE IN" we were like, "ARE YOU CRAZY'' NOO. WE HAVE PEOPLE MOVING OUR STUFF NOW". All because she (Chelsea) didn't want to call Maintenance and have them come clean it up.

You can also hear, EVERYTHING that your neighbor does, and I mean Everything...

Anyways. Don't move here, you will regret it. Its way over priced, for what you get, and the service you get, and all the walking you get too do when you have to park all the way around the whole complex when you have to park in a whole other area of your unit. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
