I lived at Foutainhead for 1 year. For the most part, it was a pleasant living environment and the layout was enjoyed through my time there. Maintenance staff responded to service orders within 3 days.

Sometimes, the gates were sporadically non-functioning, but attention was given to them as needed.

The resident relations staff were very diplomatic with me in working around special issues.
