I lived at Fountainhead for a year. I didn't have many problems at all. My vehicle did get broken into once but that can happen anywhere. It was a very quiet complex. I lived towards the back so there was tons of parking. Management was friendly, i never had a problem with them. Maintenance was usually pretty quick. They fixed our broken window in about a day. Towards the end of my stay the AC did start to freeze up quite a bit. The appliances are really really old school but they worked, except for the dishwasher. The gates were always jacked up though, thats for sure. When we moved out, they jacked our whole deposit for "excessive" cleaning, water bill, and something else that i can't remember. I thought about arguing it but i decided not to. Overall, a pleasant experience for me.
