When we first saw their model apartment right by the pool we automatically loved it. They look nice and well maintained but they are actually falling apart, old, and the office staff is not very professional. You have no privacy and you can hear everything your neighbors upstairs are doing. You can hear when people are coming up the stairs and you can even hear your neighbors having sex. Their pluming is not very good and the hot water runs out very fast and it's not very hot. You will never have a hot steamy shower if you live here. The hot tubs NEVER worked in the whole year I lived here. The office staff writes people up without investigating the actual compalints. Our downstairs neighbor hated our dog and would call the office everyday complaining about different things saying our dog was peeing on our balcony. This lady was lying and yet everyday we would come home and find nasty write ups left by the office staff saying we were causing a health hazard, and yet they never investigated the acusation and automatically believed this crazy woman. we had to involve our lawyer to stop the crazy lady from slandering us and the office staff from harassing us. The gates are always broken and sometimes your locked in and can't get out. This can be a problem if your in a hurry to get somewhere. Please don't live here if your a young professional. People smoke pot (weed), and I have seen people deal drugs right on the property in front of me. The washer and dryer really don't work becasue they are stackables, old, and outdated. In order for my clothes to dry I would have to run the dryer for 3 different cycles. The dishwasher and the disposal were a constant problem and would frequently get backed up. There are only 2 closets in the whole 2 bedroom 2 bath, no linen closet no living area closet. My husband and I are both professionals, so I am not trying to bad mouth Fountainhead. I just wish someone would have told me these things instead of having 12 misrable monthes living there.
