The people who work here must be trained to not let residents speak to the manager. I have called and gone in person. The only time I actually spoke to the apartment manager was when she called me to scold me for contacting the corporate office with a suggestion. Apparently I should have talked to her first. I tried...

Everyone is friendly until there is a problem. My garbage disposal broke and they couldn't fix it because they lost the key to my apartment. The resident relations lady was rude and refused to let me speak to the property manager.

that's funny, I just moved out of there but when I requested the address to the corporate office the manager flat out refused to give it to me, she said I could send it to them and they would forward.... right. I do not think this property is that bad, they keep it up very well and maintenance is very quick. One of the staffers, I think her name is -----, is very rude for some reason... but hey! there are idiots everywhere.

This is surprising since they actually have three different managers at this property. I have never had a problem speaking with one of them and have been at this property for over three years. The response above is obviously related to owing money, so pay your rent and you wouldn't have anyone calling you. I have enjoyed the years i have lived here and the office staff has always been very friendly and we have a wonderful maintenance staff. So, whoever you are speaking with in the office when you go in, just ask to speak to one of "available" managers, and i'm sure you will get a good response.

No sweet heart they are giving us back our deposit but of course had to eat half of it up. You probably work at the office..the maintenance guys are AWESOME and thats the only thing good about this property. All the other beotches in the office can go to hell. Yea ----- is RUDE and needs to get her nose out of her ----------------------

I'm moving to SA from Chicago, and have been using this site to narrow down apartments in the area. In such review, I have seen so many complaints that actually have validity... i.e. cars broken into, pet owners not picking up etc. These reviews for Fountainhead, while I'm sure are of some relevance, sound to me the least of reasons to rate a complex as negative. Really folks, all things considered - if you think these things are bad come up to Chicago and find out what crappy apartment living at these rental rates is all about! Spoiled little brats!
