I have lived at Fountainhead over 2 1/2 yrs. and during that time the management has changed three times. They are very uncooperative towards their tenants and always make false hopes. I was told once you renew your lease with them they will clean your carpets. I have yet to see that happen. When my apartment was broken into, they only nailed the boards back and I was told that they would replace the locks. They never did. I ended up sleeping in my living room for over a week thinking they would come back. The noise problem is always never taken care of. It does not help when alot of the neighbors work nights and sleep during the day. If not, they have different hours where they are at home during the day. They are always raising the rent over the usual amount. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There are better apartments out there that cost less but management is always looking into any matter.
