I have lived here before and LOVED it. All the staff was great. Maybe the all the other people who wrote bad comments would take a look at how they do there own job and how they deal with people complaining about something day in and day out. Get a grip people, there is only so much someone can do. If your clogging up your toilets, f---ing fix them yourselves. I am so tired of hearing people complain. It wasn't always the best, but when you move somewhere, you know what kind of neighborhood your moving into. I wish nothing but the best for everyone. What other complex management would have the phone calls transfered to their number once closing time came. Probably not many. They were always there when I needed them.

I have tried to talk to managemnet in a diplomatic fashion. I wrote a letter, I have two case report numbers with the police. I got a bullet hole in my wall.My upstairs neighbors think this is the "jerry springer" show. The neighbors across from us do and deal drugs. The police have come out here every single night the past month. I may or may not know how to fix a toilet, but it is NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY (!) especially if I am paying a lot on rent. The faucets drip from upstairs and the ceiling is bowing, there is a hole in the ceiling over the comode, as well in my apartment. My daughter is almost one now, and she is crawling around , I have to watch her more than usual to keep her out of nasty, leaked, unsanitary, water, all the time. It is the property owner's and management's job to provide safety for their tenants , and they are not doing it. These are viable complaints complaints. When it comes to the safety of my family, I am serious.

You are full of it. It is not the tenants responsibility to fix the toilet. And do you not think that an A/C not working in this heat in this city for over two weeks is acceptable? Do you also think that bullet holes in the wall and a ceiling caving in acceptable in an apartment? If so you must have lived in some pretty ghetto places. Also the reason the number is transferred is because management is too lazy to even go into the office so the easy fix is to transfer calls. And as for your comment about people and how they deal with complaints at their jobs, well if you are even employed you know that like it or not the customer is right and if you work in an apartment complex part of your job is to keep the apartments in livable conditions (which includes working A/C, no mold, no bullet holes, and working toilets)so if you don't wanna deal with people telling you whats wrong with their apartments you need a different job. I lived at these apartments over a year and it's pretty obvious to me that you must have worked there or are related to someone working there.
