i prayed every night for a year for something to get me the out of this place.i have never been treated as badly as i was at the fountain the so called owner of the complex is a very rude man.do not ask for any repairs because if you ask for something to be fix more than once because they did not fix it the first time he will call and yell at you. they have marked firelanes for no parking when people park in them you can not get your car out of the complex if you call and ask them to have the car remove they will get very rude with you,and your not the one in the wrong. the manager all i can say is hopefully you will never have to deal with her,i lived here for one year my a.c. did not work,my toilet upstairs never worked and the downstair toilet over flood into the bedroom at least twice a day,even when no one was home using it,so the plumbling from the other apts was overflowing to mine,when i would call the office to report this they would bring me a wet vac and tell me to clean it and if i did not it would not be cleaned,i would just have to live with it.also please take note if you still feel like you would like to live here take note of the painted bathtubs that does not last long and they do not clean them before they paint them 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
