my family has lived in these apartments for 8 months. We moved in happy because we were close to the hospital, close to the supermarket, and close to other businesses and family. We moved in when our daughter was 2 months old, she is 10 months now. We put up with pipes leaking and spreading germs and fluids all over our bathroom from the upstairs neighbors. We have had to move out for a few nights on 4 occasions when tubs were painted or units were fumigated in the adjoining units in our building becasue we couldn't breathe. We got sick, naseuated, and headaches. The laundry room is disgusing, and there is a huge pile of trash (and that pile is dispersed from time to time) under the stairwell that leads to a 3 room maitnance loft. You would think they have enough space for all the junk! Now we are looking into moving out and legally breaking our lease due to safety concerns. The neighbors that have been there for around 2 months have brought in drugs, big dogs, and guns. There is a bullet hole in our wall, and we have expressed concern verbally and in writing to the office. We have been displaced now for almost 2 weeks, and still nothing has been done. There is no way i am going to risk a stray bullet coming into our window and striking my daughter. No possible way. I am very dissatisfied with new and old management. I do not recommend this nightmare to anyone!

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR MONTHS AND THIS PLACE SUCKS. CONSTANT MAINTENACE ISSUES DUE TO THE MAITENANCE MAN BEING OVERWORKED AND UNDER PAID. OVER 100 UNITS AND ONE MAINTENANCE PERSON. I HAVE 4 KIDS AND WE HAVE 3 REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS LIVING HERE. MY CHILDREN CANT EVEN GO OUTSIDE BY THEMSELVES. MY STOVE BROKE TWICE AND ALL I WAS TOLD IS AT LEAST THE TOP BURNERS WORK. MY AIRCONDITIONER LEAKS AND SO DOES MY TOILET. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU ARE A FELON OR A DRUG DEALER.
