I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK UP THE DEFINTION OF MAINTENANCE BECAUSE APARENTLY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS. THERE ARE 100 APARTMENTS AND 1 MAITENANCE MAN AND HE IS A MONTH BEHIND ON WORK ORDERS. MY OVEN BROKE TWICE AND THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS, AT LEAST YOUR TOP BURNERS WORK. THE SIGN ON THE APARTMENTS SAYS 24 HOUR APPROVAL BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IF YOUR A FELON OR A SEX OFFENDER. THIS PLACE IS AFFECTIONATLY KNOWN AS THE SECOND CHANCE PROPERTY, WE HAVE 3 REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS LIVING IN THIS COMPLEX AND MY 4 CHILDREN CANT EVEN GO OUTSIDE BY THEMSELVES. I WOULDNT EVEN RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY OR MY MOTHER IN LAW. JUST TO ADD A LITTLE MORE, MY AIRCONDITIONER AND MY TOILET LEAKS CONSTANTLY. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVEN IF IT IS YOUR SECOND CHANCE IN LIFE, YOU PROBABLY HAD BETTER AMMENITIES IN PRISON.

Your an idiot! Why would you move in such a place if you weren't a criminal, drug abuser or just a plain old lazy ass low life? You claim that that place is sufficient for a felon or a sex offender? Yet at the end of your statement you claim that it's so bad that there were probably better amenities in prison. LOL! Serves your ass right! Take it as a lesson in life! Maybe you need to see how the other side lives you piece of ----!
