A terrible place to live: find somewhere else

The original management were not too woried about maintence etc, but the new management are not only won't fix thing but are jerks. They overcharge college students on deposits (I have never seen a 800$ deposit,except for the college students who moved here). They *NEVER* were able to fix the A/C while I lived there. There were severl drug raids by the SAPD while I lived, one in which the owner was arrested for arguing with the police.
