These apartments are horrible, especially for what you pay. The cops are constantly being called over to these apartments and there are some less than reputable characters living there. Aside from the safety issues there is issues with the management and work orders being complete. The entire time we were living there our A/C leaked and would stop working every few weeks. The leak got so bad that we had to but a 10 gallon bin under it and empty it at least twice a day. This of course lead to a major mold problem in the ceiling and parts of the ceiling falling off and eventually the whole ceiling caved in. My roommates and I called maintenance and went into the office about this at least once a week for over 5 months. Maintenance came and "fixed" it probably 7 times and obviously it was never really fixed. Also, the management completely ignored the mold problem and have probably just covered it with paint instead of getting rid of it. Another issue is that we were told when we moved in that we would have a ceiling fan installed, however we never got one and every week we would hear a different excuse, one week it would be in and maintenance had not gotten around to it but the following week they would not have gotten it in yet. These are the two major problems I had living there, however there were many minor ones from an improperly installed dishwasher to a broken refrigerator.
