This apartment complex would be fantastic if the stupid apartment manager got her stuff together. The complex is small, so all the neighbors are wonderful and look out for eachother, it's all bills paid with free cable so its convienent and for it being in the center of Alamo Heights the price is definitely right. But, the manager is HORRIBLE. She works between complexes so she chooses that one over this often which leaves us management-less. I called her in reference to moving into a larger apartment because I am pregnant and need the extra space - she tells me the former tenant painted it pink so it needed to be painted back white and that she would call me when it was available.. I called her on a weekly basis and most of the time getting the run around or her just not returning my phone call. Next thing I know some people are moving into the unit promised to me. I keep calling her to see if maybe there is another unit available and she will not return my calls. And when I first moved in she kicked me out of the pool ( that is always closed by the way ) because I was wearing a tshirt over my bathing suit. Then brought me out of rule sheet and threw it at me. I left it in the puddle she threw it in and I come out and she's slapped it wet, on my windsheild.
I wouldnt suggest you sign on to this complex, she is a commission-hungry, immature rule nazi.
