This apartment sucks! The buildings are 1000 years old and they put this Playskool junk over it. Let's start with their park. It is bad. Nothing is there but a bunch of rusty animal seesaws and a weak jungle gym. When I say weak, it is weak. At one time kids peed into the slide making it very unsanitary. This place has some bad a** kids. Unsupervised children roam this place like animals. The maintenance workers always fix the fences because these bad a** kids always jump to go into the peaceful neighborhood of houses. These little kids also play with trash from the dumpster. How nasty can you get. That's messed up. The kids are the number 1 problem. Adults, listen to this. If you want to live at a daycare center, come on in because that's all you'll find. Kids, kids, kids, and more kids. It is alright at night because they supposedly have security guards of some sort here. The only noise you'll hear is the screaming of kids playing Power Rangers and big kids doing the stupidest things. The older kids think they run the place with their constant dribbling of basketballs. It gets annoying. Most of them, about 90% I would say, are stupid. They probably make straight F's. It's ashame. People want peace and quiet, but they can't get it because of the kids. Some people who live here are good-natured people who do not deserve all of this. A few criminals and some whack jobs live here also. There are also some wasp nests around the nooks and crannies of the apartments. Be careful, that is if you decide to live here which I do not recommend. If you want to live in a townhouse, be prepared to pay between $800 and $900 a month. Come on guys. You can get a house for that much.

YOU ARE SO RIGHT AND NOT JUST THAT WHAT ABOUT THE AIRCONDITIONERS HOT WATER RUNNING FROM COLD SIDE OF FACETS MOLD IN BATHROOM TOLIETS ROACHES LIZARDS HIGHCOST OF ELECTRIC BECAUSE OF USELESS AIR CONDITIONERS THAT RUNS UP YOUR BILL ITS MORE THAN THE KIDS I DON'T RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE I'VE BEEN HERE LESS THAN THREE MONTHS AND I WANT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS PLACE ITS OLD AND RUN DOWN IT NEEDS TO BE REMODEL I HOPE THE OWNERS ARE LOOKING AT WHAT PEOPLE HAS TO SAY ABOUT THE LIVING SITUATION HERE AT THE RUNDOWN FOX RUN APTS. NO BODY CARES ABOUT THE TENANTS COMPLIANTS JUST MOVE HERE AND YOU WILL FIND OUT WHATS REALLY GOING ON JUST WATCH OUT FOR FLEA INFESTED APARTMENTS AND THE SUCH
