The apartments may look nice now, but they weren?t before. We lived there before and after the sliding was placed on the buildings. The people didn?t remove the old wood and placed the sliding over it. This allowed the bugs to be trapped in and only one way out. We also had mold on our walls and around the windows. When we complained they would spary the walls with bleach and paint. Within a month, you could see the mold growing back.
