New staffing was hired upon our arrival around July 2007 and since renewed our lease. pretty easy going staff and are always willing to accomodate. Playground is nothing to rave about, but they're trying. Landscaping is always kept up (althought it seems a bit overboard at times) and upgrades are always around the corner (irragation system apparently just got installed). We live in one of the town homes and for the price we couldn't be happier. As mentioned very close to Loop 410 and US-HWY 281/37, Elementary and High School LITERALLY across the street, and good eats all around the place. I give this place a 9/10! Great job Kimberly and La'Tanya

WHAT EVER THIS PLACE SUCKS! NEEDS TO BE REMODEL OLD BUILDINGS OLD AIR CONDITONS EVERYONE NEEDS TO MOVE OUT WHILE THEY REDO THE WHOLE PLACE
