What can I say

Its not Boardwalk ave. more like conneticut ave. (monopoly) hehe. Although not in the true ghetto this is as close as the north side of san antonio gets. Due to the low rent prices and north side location this pulls in the people who would other wise not be able to live in this school district. Example cars "bumping" at all hours.
Now we move to the local insect problem. Roaches you could saddle and they fly. The staff did send exterminators each time I asked, but the problem I think is more than one pest control company can handle.
The Pool:
Mainly Green all summer,it is supposed to be BLUE. I would not get in it.
Trash Pick up it the worst I have ever seen. Sofas and love seats beds and just plain old trash. For onw there are not enough dumpster and the fill up very fast(like the same day they are emptied). We finally had to take pictures of kids playing around the filth and send them to corprate. After that alot of things got better.
The Apt its self inside was ok. large living room good closet space. New carpet when I moved in or atleaset Cleaned really well.
Parking:
Pot holes and Speed bumps you need a 4x4 to get over.
appearance:
one word Blah! no style mono-tone paint.Tan on Tan. When it rains for more that a few days the paint acctually falls off the buildings. Wooo Hooo imagine all the 1970's lead based paint coming down on our heads.
Like the previous post there is Asbestos.
