If you contacted the cable company and were told that it was not authorized then the cable company misinformed you. Fox Fire is under contract with Time Warner cable. Have you even spoken with anyone from the office about it' They routinely issue a letter to Time Warner authorizing the service in fact, if you havent noticed, the entire office uses Road Runner hi-speed internet service. If you find that you are experiencing an problem, contact the office, that is what they are there for. If you have already contacted the office and have not recieved the response you need, then ask to speak to the manager, Jill, she will be able to help you. If they are not aware of your problems, how can you expect them to be taken care of'' Going through this venue may make you feel better by trashing the community and staff, but it will not solve your problem. In life things are what you make of them. Choose your roads wisely. Fox Fire is a wonderful community and I proudly live there!
