This place is one of the worst managed apartments I have ever run across. The manager is clueless to what is happening on her property. I dare her or one of her staff to stay in my apartment for one night on a weekend. Between the basketballs of the doors, stomping of the feet overhead, rude, obnoxious neighbors, Hell she would run out of there screaming. There are plenty of rules that are never enforced, Why you could look in my cove today and see it is being used for storage of a bbq pit and bikes, trash, whatever the neighbors toss down. The kids run unsupervised trashing up whatever they want, and the adults are worse. Why the upstairs neighbor just throws her trash off the balcony down to the ground. Now I see that some people have put in some positive comments and they are probably the staff or friends of the staff, cause the proof is in the pudding. I have plenty of videotape and pictures to prove my point.
