IT IS OBVIOUS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE LAST 2 "RATINGS" CAME FROM THE SAME PERSON. SO NOW I WILL TELL YOU MY STORY. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WHILE IT HASNT BEEN PERFECT, IT IS AFTER ALL APARTMENT LIFE, IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. TRUE NOT ALL THE NEIGHBORS ARE "NEIGHBORLY". I HAVE TALKED WITH MANAGEMENT IN THE PAST AND THEY HAVE HELPED WITH WHATEVER I HAVE NEEDED, MAINTENANCE TOO. I HAVE FOUND THAT IF I RESPOND NEIGHBORLY THAT MOST OF THE TIME PEOPLE WILL RESPOND IN KIND. YES THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS, BUT THAT IS ANYWHERE. MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME IN TIMES OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THIS IS A MANAGEMENT THAT CARES.
