roaches,water leak, bad management

FoxFire has a serious roach problem, not just on the outside. Leaks in roof are causing mold to build up. Maintenance said they fixed, but have not. Everytime i renew the rent goes up. Late fees are rediculous and not paid by everyone. Pools are filthy and have a horrible ant problem. Trash dumpsters are over filled to much. To many things to list, thank you FoxFire.
