I have lived at Foxfire for two months and really enjoy. I have read other post and people said that new people are bringing the community down and that there are loud parties. I live facing the creek (towards Trenton) and I never hear any loud music, parties, or nothing. If you are just starting out I personally think Foxfire would be a great place to start. We do have problems with ants and they have been there ever since we moved in but its not anything that a little raid won't kill.
