It's ok

The apartment community is ok considering the cheap rent. They do have a problem with the plumbing. The water is turned off at least once a month due to them working on the plumbing. There is a pest problem, roaches. However the staff is wonderful. They are friendly and accomodating. If you're new to the area, i.e. military or student it's worth staying for a year or so to become familiar with the area. If you're also trying to save money or just low on funds it's worth it.
