The water problem at this a complex is terrible. I know that that last person to comment on this had a good point by comparing it to living in a house, but they were off by a bit. The problem is MANAGEMENT. When the new managers took over, they didn't always notify people of when the water would be off. Normally, the water would be off until 5pm. The day it all went downhill for them was when it wasn't reconnected until after 8:30, with no notice whatsoever. Then, after I presume a massive amount of phone calls, they tried to slip a notice on the door at 7, saying the water would be on by 8. Now, all of their notices have the little smart ass remark at the end "This is your written notice." I understand the need to fix things, and that doing so may casue some inconveinences, but this is ridiculous. On average, the water is off once a week. And now they want to raise rent. Hopefull, they can get their act together before my lease is up. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Always blame MANAGEMENT. I "presume" it is the easiest thing for you to do. Leave the staff alone. They've got enough to deal with besides your "big" smart ass remarks!

Who elses fault would it be? The water problem has been going on for YEARS. It certainly isnt the resident's fault. And their lack of notice has caused more than one resident to move. Hell, just today there was raw sewage spilling out by building 27 ALL AFTERNOON. I notified them myself of the problem at 2:30 Its now 6 and its still spilling out unchecked. But I guess that isnt managements fault either.

don't listen to that idiot peaman..... you're paying rent... THEY need to take care of your needs...after all THEY don't live there.... you need to take showers and stuff .... they have other places to live where they don't shut off the water....IT IS MANAGEMENT's FAULT... IF THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY'D TAKE CARE OF IT LIKE MANAGEMENT OF A LUXURY APARTMENT.
