The management as well as maintenance here is awesome! We have only been here for three weeks, but we had a very rocky start. We were promised new carpet prior to our move, but come move-in day, there was a carpet cleaning guy busily fixing the disgustingly stained old carpet! Since it was Saturday, no one could come and replace our carpet, so we had to wait until Monday. The oven was smoking with a chemical odor so we couldn't use it to cook with, and the AC unit was so old it was not cooling at all. Overall, our make-ready was not very impressive.

The maintenance team responded WITHIN A DAY to replace our oven as well as our AC unit. By the end of that Monday, our apartment was literally brand new: new carpet, new oven, and new AC unit, not to mention the already brand-new blinds!

The management as well as the maintenance team was very professional in resolving our issues in a very timely manner. This apartment complex BY FAR have been the best apartments that we have lived in (and we've lived in at least 5 different kinds, good and bad!)

We're so glad to have met Monica and Tammy in the leasing office. They truly perform above and beyond! Angel, Orlando, and Jose with the maintenance team are friendly, fast, and efficient. Thank you to all of them for making our move to San Antonio and to FoxFire well worth it! We really appreciate their hard work!
