I have lived her for almost 3 years and I must say it is 100 times better than it was a year ago. The office staff are nicer and I have had few problems with repairs. my only complaint would be the water issues that I know are not deliberately caused but are none the less annoying. My other complaint would be with some of the appliances namley the fridge and my air conditioner. The AC constantly runs from 11 in the morning until 10 at night. it is not efficant and makes my electric bill in the summer more than some houses. It also looks like it is older than dirt and puts out a luke-cool air.
