i moved here last june with my bf. he signed for them before i got to look at them and i wish i would have seen them first. they are big (we had the one bedroom loft) and the location is awesome but its not worth it. we moved in when they were doing lost of construction and there were roaches EVERYWHERE, inside the house and out. i cant count the times i saw one and how i was nervous going into my kitchen just cause i thought there was going to be one. they turn off the water to fix "leaks" but take forever to turn it on. sometimes theyd do it without a notice. they did offer a vacant apt to shower in but i would NEVER want to shower with the people who live there. kids are running around all the time, making noise, cats are ALL OVER THE PLACE, like a damn zoo. i got my tires stolen. its just not worth it. i know its hard to tell from reviews but i have told the truth. its cheap and big, but bad experience.
