Don't Rent here!! BIG MISTAKE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I rented here mostly because of the excellent treatment that I received from Staff here. My interactions were with Orlando and Monica who were sensational! They are gone and unfortunately along with my contentedness with the property. No names here (don't want it to be personal) but before it a "can do" attitude and quality customer service. Now, what I feel is that I do not care in the least how you feel. Washing and drying machine stayed broken for months. No action at all by management. Two of the dryers did not even have electricity, didn't work at all. Finally, I took it on my own to call the company who services the machines (their Toll Free number was on the machine) and the problem was immediately fixed. Every night I have to hunt for parking, never near my apartment. Then an issue came up because in Texas we have a lot of Plus 100 degree days. The window facing the sun allowed so much light into my apartment, that I could not even view my TV in day time hours. So, I bought at the hardware store, some insulation that keep out the excessive light, and cooled my apartment down, lowering my electricity bill. (I expected this insulation to all absorb some the cold in future months as well) I was advised that it was unacceptable to have this insulation on my window. So, I took it down. When I addressed the issue, it was a kin to talking to a wall. Was I speaking to a person who cared' Obviously a rhetorical question. How dare I disturb the king on his throne! By the way, I pay every months rent early, usually, two weeks early, although it has been even earlier. But no credit gained for paying rent, here. After all, they enjoy far greater exercising their power and legal influence on late renters. Because I voiced my opinion, I expect revenge, mistreatment and recrimination. So, I ask you, is this you want to take a chance on when considering which apartment to rent'
