From Horrible to Getting Better

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We signed the lease and opened the door to our apartment. The apartment was still dirty, there was water leaks in the plumbing and in the ceiling. Poor quality electrical fixtures are breaking with normal wear and tear. Main rest room toilet never has flushed correctly. Old, Loud, and broken shelfs in the refrigerator. Water leaking from the walls in the kitchen. Not very often but there were a few fights and people arguing in the middle of the night.
Getting the end of our one year lease, they have fixed most of the above issues. I surely hope the staff fixes other peoples apartments BEFORE they move in and not while they are living there to discover how horrible there apartment is. Staff seems to be getting on top of things around here. We are moving because of our experience though.
