If you like money, then NO!

This being our first apartment we had high expectations hearing that new management was coming in and cleaning things up. However, we were promised a lot and have recieved nothing. Management is horrible, and will look to screw you out of every penny. Do not listen to their BS about how they are going to change things or what they are "planning" on doing, because none of it is true. In fact things are so bad, breaking our lease is a very strong option for us. The grounds are never clean, the pool is always green, and the apartment is never taken care of. Pest control is a huge problem, and we have confronted management about this several times and yet the bugs are still very bad. I know most people write reviews out of spite, but this is honestly a fair warning that you will get screwed out of your money. We even went as far as writing the corporate offices who own the property and they didnt even have the decency to respond to us. They just forwarded it to the Property Manager and had her deal with it...some care that is. Honestly, do not move here, I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what we have gone through for the past 6 months.
