I have read many previous opinons about FoxFire and I had to add my input. I have lived at FoxFire for about two years now and do not plan on moving anytime soon. My only reason for moving, when I move, would be to purchase a home for my family. I was stationed in San Antonio, I did all my leaseing online. The staff made everything very simple. The leaseing agent was very informative and helped me in any way he could. Since I was not very familar with San Antonio, nor FoxFire you could imagine how uneasy it was to lease an apartment online, not actually seeing for your own eyes what you are getting into. However Eric made the process very easy for me, and I was not disappointed when I saw my apartment nor the property. I am going to agree that the property has had it's up and downs, however I believe at this point in time, FoxFire is at its high. We have had three managers since I have lived at FoxFire. The new manager seems to be very involved with the property. We just had a pool party for the kids going back to school and she was actually bbqing hotdogs and hamburgers for us residents. I always see her out and about walking grounds. Anytime I go into the office everyone is always very nice, asking what they can do for me, and if everything is going well. We have had a few maintence guys as well. It used to take some time to get a result when making a service request. However the new crew seems to have the experience that is needed. When making a service request it is done promptly and done right the first vist.

As far as the apartments, I could not beat the amount of rent I am paying, that was actually what made my decision in the first place to choice foxfire. The units could use some updating. But for the price that I pay, I can not complain.

I do and will recommend to anyone to check out FoxFire. It is a tight community where it seems the new management staff and the residents really do care about the community. I am proud to say I live at FoxFire!! :)
