Fredericksburg Place Apt

Damn From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Man I used live here when I was younger and back then it was a decent place to live but now almost a decade later, I moved back in here with my husband and two kids (both under 5) and man this place has gone the drain. We moved in at the beginning of the year and our waterheater was broken, it took them 5 months to replace is and we had no running water. We had to go to family members homes just to bathe. The the fridge broke down and it took almost a month to get that replaced. The maintence is slow, management sucks when it comes to maintence orders but when it comes to the rent they will show at your door every day til you pay or they will boot your ass to the curb as quickly as they let you move in. It really sucks here. Don't even get me started on the roches and other inscets that make their way into your home.
