For the past five months I have lived in this apartment complex. When I moved in I was missing the door to my bedroom and it just wasn't really a nice place to be. the cabinets were torn up and the base boards too. However I didn't mind it as much as where they put me. They knew I was a SINGLE, NINETEEN year old, FEMALE tenant. Instead of placing me in an apartment that would be best for my safety, they shoved me into one in the back of the building between a narrow cooridor and a chain-link fence topped with barbed wire in front of the side of the MASSIVE goodwill. If anything were to happen to me no one would see it. In my short time there my apartment has flooded once with sewage and countless other times when ever it rains. The mold got so bad it made me sick. My water heater does not work. For five months I've had to shower other places and boil water to wash the dishes. The nieghbors are mostly all on some sort of drugs and they throw beer bottles off the balcony during their late night parties. For five months I have put up with all sorts of antics. However I am breaking my lease due to the following. Please read it and make the safe choice NOT to live here. While my boyfriend and a friend of his were visiting my apartment two men broke into my apartment put a gun to their heads and robbed the apartment. The apartment complex is so bad that the police were convinced that it was drug related and that we invoked this terrible situation. Then when I called the housing office to terminate my lease. I was told, very rudely, that nothing could be done for me until "new managment" came. It is NOT a safe place for anyone. This apartment complex has a lot of bad people in it who don't care if they do bad things to others.

Girlfriend you or show right about everything. This complex should be put out of business, and the police department should have live-in undercover cops on the property at all times, because they would get more then one bust per day, it is just that unsafe, I dont care how much they try to improve this place, it is hell on wheels. And for young people who want something out of life dont live here, and if you do then you're part of the problem in hanging with the wrong crowd of people by influence. you no the old saying, turn around dont drown. Well turn around, save a life, because if you live here you may not have one.
