I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 7 MONTHS AND OUR CENTRAL AIR HAS GONE OUT 3 TIMES...MGMNT TAKES FOREVER TO FIX IT BECUZ TO THEM IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY,,,[IT IS WHEN IT IS 90 SOME DEGREES OUTSIDE] THIS LAST TIME THEY TOOK ABOUT 1 WK TO COME FIX IT...WHEN U FIRST MOVE IN THEY TAKE FOREVER WITH THE PAPERWORK...IT TOOK ABOUT A MONTH & 1 WEEK WITH US...WE SAW POSSUMS IN THE PROPERTY ONE NIGHT...PEOPLE SIT ON THE STAIRS LIKE ITS A SITTING AREA AND WHEN U COME IN WITH UR BAGS FULL OF GROCERIES THEY HARDLY MOVE..PEOPLE LEAVE BEER CANS & BOTTLES EVERYWHERE AND IVE EVEN SEEN PEOPLE DIGGING THROUGH THE TRASH CANS UGGGHH!!! LAUNDRY ROOM IS SO SMALL ONLY 4 WASHERS AND DRIERS FOR ONE WHOLE SECTION OF THE APTS..PEOPLE TAKE OUT UR CLOTTHES FROM THE WASHERS IF U "TAKE LONG" DO NOT MOVE IN HERE REALLY***

I lived in those apts from 1989-1991, and the mgt back then was FANTASTIC...I don't know where they got the SNOB that's in the office now... They are so money greedy, that they even take deposits, even when you are NOT going to move in.... Then the "FLAKE" that works with the mgr...OMG...where did he come from? I DEFINATELY WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!
