For the price you get what you pay for. The apartments are old and don't look wonderful but they are well built. I do think maintenance is slow at best but they will get to you. I have lived here for almost 7 months and love the people including the current manager who does a lot for everyone here and knows what she is doing. I live on the east side and everyone here gets along quite well. BBQ is big here. We all look out for one another and someone is always around to help you out if you need something. You need to use a londramat here the on site isn't that great and often they don't work but they aren't far away.
