To bad the owner doesn't know how bad his property looks and how poorly its being managed..
The ------- seems to only care about the money you pay and not making sure u have a safe comfortable place to live.There are drugs being bought & sold outta the East-side of the property all hours of the day and night.The -------s contract workers are strung out on ------ not to mention selling it to residents..The ------- tries to saves herself saying their contract workers but The ------- contracts them so they are HER employees.If you ask the ------- to do something about the drugs SHE passes it off as not her problem..Not to mention the ------- her -------- and "contractors" will harrass you once you point out the drug problem or the roaches. ANY problem for that matter..The -------s -------- goes around slandering the residents on this website from the office computer putting all their per---al info on the site the -------s -------- doesn't work here but lived here rent free for years and just moved out in August.The -------s --- and -------- both have keys to the office so your per---al information will not be safe.I Do NOT recommend this complex to anyone who is disabled.There is an open Adult Protective Services case pending for the abuse I endured at this complex from the ------- her "CONTRACT" workers and her -------- and several drug addicted residents if u have housing there are MANY,MANY other complexes in san antonio that will respect you as a per--- and offer you safety as well as a wonderful place to live this place will not.If you are not on housing you should really find a place worth the money you will pay to live here..Between making your own repairs because the ------- has givin all the supplies to her -------- to fix her per---al home to getting back your car because The ------- has had it towed for profit.You will be paying 3 times the rent. The French Chalet is totally not worth the money,time or stress..

I AGREE WITH THE OTHER RESPONSE, YOU ARE STUPID BOTH OF YOU. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF TOWN. IN ONE HOUR I HEARD WHO SAID AND WROTE WHAT. I WATCH THIS SITE FOR PEOPLE LIKE YA'LL THAT HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO. MOST OF THE THINGS WRITTEN ON THIS SITE IS NOT TRUE. SO LETS TALK ABOUT THINGS THAT IS TRUE. ONE OF YA'LL THE ------- HAS BOUGHT FOOD FOR MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE YOU HAD NONE. YOU LIKED HER THAN. SHE TOOK UP FOR YOU WHEN YOU WHERE OFF YOUR MEDCATION ACTING LIKE A FOOL. THE OTHER PER--- I KNOW SHE HAS PUT UP WITH YOUR FAMILY AND BOYFRIEND THAT DOES NOT EVEN LIVE HERE. TO MANY TIMES TO COUNT. YOU LIKE THE ------- WHEN SHE DID'T MAKE YA'LL MOVE. ROCHES I SAW THE INSIDE OF YOUR APARTMENT WHEN YOUR DOOR WAS OPEN. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TURN YA'LL IN THE ONLY TIME IT GETS CLEAN IS WHEN THERE IS AN INSPECTION. THAN A FAMILY MEMBER HAS TO COME AND DO IT. THIS ------- IS KIND BUT FIRM SHE WILL DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING FOR ANYBODY. THAN WHEN SHE IS FIRM AND TO THE POINT THAN YOU WANT TO TALK TRASH. JUST LIKE THIS SITE. YA'LL ARE JUST MAD, ONE OF YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR BOYFRIEND ON PROPERTY. THE OTHER YOU DON'T HAVE A LIFE WHEN YOU LET UNDER AGE DRINK IN YOUR APARTMENT. THAN GET HER TO PUT THINGS ON THIS SITE THAT BAD MOUTHS THIS PROPERTY.YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IS EVEN AROUND YOU. NEITHER PROPERTY ON EACH SIDE IS ALL BILLS PAID. THE ------- DOES NOT GET 50% OF THE TOWING. IF SHE DID WHY HAS SHE MADE THE TOWING PEOPLE BRING BACK CARS BEFORE. DO YOU THINK THE PROPERTY THAT SHE TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT DOWN THE STREET IS SO GOOD THAN GO MOVE THERE. I LIVED THERE MANY YEARS AGO IT IS BAD. YOU CAN TAKE YOUR TRASH OFF THIS SITE OR I WILL KEEP TRASHING YOU. IT IS SO FUNNY WHEN SOMEBODY HELPING YOU. THAN YOU THINK THAT PER--- IS GREAT. THAN WHEN IT STOPS THE ---- HITS THE FAN. MAYBE IT JUST DID THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION TO GET ON THIS SITE. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PROPERTY THAN MOVE. YOU HAVE TROUBLE GETTING ALONG WITH OTHER PEOPLE MOVE WHERE YOU WILL BE HAPPY. who ever u are ur ------------- there is a --------- of people here that will tell u its a older property and there is problems just like all other properties and it does get fixed it just takes time but there is only one maint. guy to take care of everything and everybody.... and the parking there is no tow truck company that is going to give the ------- 50% of their fees you out of your mind ....... and if people take 2 or 3 spots are u paying for there sh** no so shut up ... ur just another unhappy per--- that cant pay their rent ...get a life... ALSO THE LAUNDRY RM WAS FIXED AND IT WAS NOT THE -------S FAULT IT TOOK SO LONG CALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON THE BOILER THEY ARE THE ONE THAT CAUSED THE WATER LEAK AND DAMAGE TO THE LAUNDRY RM .. BUT ITS BEEN FIXED ..

ABOUT DAMN TIMES SOMEONE CALLED THEM OUT ON ALL THE B.S THAT GOES ON!!! AND WE ALL KNOW IT IS ------- THAT WRITES CRAP ON HERE SAYING HOW GOOD THE COMPLEX IS RAN... IT IS TRASHY AND GHETTO...------ LETS ANYONE MOVE IN THERE... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
