I just recently moved out of French Place having lived there and had a great experience for 4 years. The one and great issue I continually ran into was inadequate and inexperienced property managers who were obviously getting there start or on their way out. Every few months it seems we got a new property manager. They would introduce themselves and be quaint and then all the sudden they were gone. It seems that each one had there own quirks and foibles and unfortunately right as I was moving out a new one came in. If you are a tenet who is living there temporarily beware of unknown charges that new or unaware property managers might throw out at you. They are of course in the business of making money not giving it back and the last thing their corporate owners want is reimbursement and deposits returned so make sure you get a receipt for everything you paid. Otherwise you will get stuck with a series of charges that somehow appear as you are on your way out including paying deposits and them having "no record" of such due to the revolving door with regards to property management.
