Do not waste your time renting from this place, the management has to be the worst I have ever experienced. They do not listen to you and your problems, they tell you we will fix it, but they never do and they always try to place the blame on the renter. The place has flea and roach problems, I have talked to other renters and they have said the same thing. However the management just ignores the problem and will only send an exterminator after weeks of calling them. As for parking, if you come in after 10 on weekdays, good luck, there are no parking spots available, you will need to park outside. The gates are always broken, so they leave one open, so unwelcome guests can come in and out as they please. The laundry room almost always has one machine broken, I can honestly say I never had such bad experience in an apartment. The experience was made worse by the terrible managers they keep hiring.

| Let me assure you that we here at French Place apartments pride ourselves on our dedication to resident satisfaction; as a Venterra community it is within our mission statement to provide exemplary service to our residents: 1) We have a 48-hour service guarantee, unless there is some unforeseeable circumstance or a part has to be ordered to complete the repair. I assure you that no service call goes unfinished, nor exceeds 48 hours without just cause. 2) Pest control service is done twice a month and residents may sign up for treatment as many times as necessary to resolve a pest problem. 3) This is the first time during my tenure here that a parking problem has come to my attention. As we have employees living on-site, I have been made aware that plenty of parking is available, however, we also have reserved spaces available ranging in price from 15 to 25 dollars should any resident require it. 4) The washer and dryer located in our laundry facility is maintained by a third party company. Their name and number are clearly located on signage in the facility, should there be any technical issues. However, our office staff is available to address any concerns directly to the company as well. 5) Finally, community access gates are a very volatile piece of equipment that can be negatively affected by rain, lightning and other severe weather conditions. With this year's extreme weather, French Place has had gate issues which have been addressed via technical support. They are regularly maintained and specific parts have been replaced as needed. Again, with San Antonio's weather this year, gate technician services and parts are in very high demand so repairs may take time but rest assured our access gates are a top priority for us here at French Place. | |
