Have been here for 9 months, and like the location, the ambience, the management, the apartment. AND especially the little pool! It's urban in feel, but has large patios, french doors, etc. Current management is helpful, friendly, on top of things. I've lived in apartments all over Chicago, and this rates at the high end of my rental experience.
